Cancellation policy, rescheduling and late arrivals

We do our best to accommodate every guest and provide exceptional game experience. To ensure that everyone receives 100% experience we ask every guest to arrive on time and let us know asap about any plans changes.

LATE ARRIVALS

We ask you to arrive 10-15 minutes prior to your scheduled time. This is essential for everyone’s experience. Please account for the traffic and parking in the DC area and plan accordingly.

If you are 10-30 minutes late the game time will be reduced. If you are more than 30 minutes late the game can be cancelled.

We offer no refunds or rescheduling of any matter within 24 hours. We appreciate teams that call us on their way, but that, unfortunately, doesn’t change anything.

CANCELLATIONS

All sales are final, however, the reservation can be rescheduled with 24-hours notice

We cannot offer you a refund if someone from the group didn’t show up regardless of the reason.

RESCHEDULING

We allow 1-time rescheduling with a 48-hour notice. Same day bookings cannot be rescheduled to a later time

BOOKING ERRORS

Please, check the number of tickets you’d like to purchase when you make a reservation. It is also visible on an order summary right before the payment.

No exclusions from our cancellation policy will be made due to “bookings made by mistake”.

PRIVATE EVENTS

All private events and school events sales are final. Please, give us a 7-day notice if you’d like to reschedule.

We cannot offer you a refund if someone from the group didn’t show up regardless of the reason.

REFUNDS

6% processing fee is non-refundable
